Key Responsibilities:
● Perform Treatments: Deliver various types of massages, facial treatments, and
wellness therapies.
● Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of treatments performed on each guest.
● Communicate with Guests: Adjust massage techniques as needed based on guest
feedback.
● Sanitize Work Areas: Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized, and
treatment rooms are clean and ready for use.
● Recommend Services: Explain treatments to guests and provide suitable
recommendations.
● Promote Products: Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
● Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and relaxing
atmosphere.
Qualifications:
● At least 1-2 years in massage therapy or a related field (required).
● Proficiency in body massage, facials, and skincare.
● A great attitude and excellent customer service skills.
● Certification as a Massage Therapist or in a related field (preferred
● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
● Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
