About us

We are busy, Structural Steel Fabrication Shop in Langley, BC looking for a Welder/Shop Helper/Apprentice

Our work environment includes:

On-the-job training
Safe work environment
Relaxed atmosphere

Duties:
- Assist welders in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures.
- Prepare materials for welding by cutting and shaping with grinders.

- Flexibility to go to site and assist ironworker with installation.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a welder helper or in a similar role is preferred

- Ability to operate power tools, bandsaw, and fork lift
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship opportunities available

Salary: $22.00-$29.00 per hour

Wage is based on experience and knowledge of welding & fabrication trade.

Valid CWB tickets would be a a plus but not required.
