Supervisors - Event Venues - FIFA World Cup
Paladin is proud to support FIFA World Cup 2026 events across Vancouver, and we are looking for experienced Security Supervisors for roles at FIFA-related event locations in Vancouver, including hotels and stadiums.
We are looking for candidates with full-time availability for day and afternoon shifts throughout the week.
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-year of work experience in the security industry

Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience

Prior event security experience

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

AST and OFA2 are an asset
-
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-attendance environments
Responsibilities:

Supervise and support event security guards at assigned locations

Conduct pre-event briefings and assign staff duties
-
Monitor crowd behavior, safety risks, and access control points

Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
-
Conduct patrols of event areas and restricted zones
-
Coordinate with site management, police, and emergency services
-
Complete incident reports, activity logs, and post-event documentation
