Company Description:
Elevate Fitness Management is an innovative wellness service provider dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. We partner with luxury condominiums across Toronto to deliver premium group fitness experiences, including HIIT, yoga, spin, Pilates, and community-based run clubs.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Fitness Instructor with a strong focus on leading our weekly run club program. The primary responsibility of this role will be to plan, lead, and grow engaging community run clubs for residents across our partner condominiums. In addition, the role will support group fitness classes and personal training sessions as needed.

You will be responsible for creating an inclusive, motivating, and safe environment that encourages all fitness levels to participate and build consistency through running and community movement.

Responsibilities:

Lead weekly run club sessions across partner condominium communities
Design structured run workouts (intervals, endurance, beginner-friendly progressions, etc.)
Build an engaging, inclusive running community for residents of all fitness levels
Motivate participants and foster strong community connection and accountability
Ensure safe pacing, proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury prevention practices
Support additional group fitness classes (HIIT, yoga, Pilates, etc.) when required
Represent Elevate Fitness professionally and uphold our high standards
Assist in promoting run clubs and broader wellness events within partner buildings

Requirements:

Certified Fitness Instructor and/or Personal Trainer (CPT, ACE, CanFitPro, or equivalent).
Experience teaching group fitness classes or providing personal training.
Knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and injury prevention.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
Reliable, professional, and passionate about fitness and wellness.
CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

personal training: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)

Work Location: In person
