We are currently hiring Part Time Evenings and Overnight Personal Support Workers (PSW) for Community Care in Markham and Richmond Hill

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
RN or RPN
Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse

Requirements:

A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
Must be willing to drive to all areas across North York boundaries
Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus
Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid
Availability to work evenings 2pm-10pm, nights 11pm-7am and every other weekend. Must be willing to have flexible schedule.
This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
