Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our Motel. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office management. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and inviting environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting daily office functions.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination to ensure efficient time management for staff and visitors
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative processes
Utilize office management software such as Property Management System(PMS) Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various clerical tasks
Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining supplies, and organizing files
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic bookkeeping functions as needed to support financial record-keeping

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping practices
Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting executive schedules
