What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Candidates with alternative skillsets, and/or demonstrating a
combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
- 6+ years of hands-on project management experience leading cross functional teams, medium to high risk projects in
complex stakeholder environment
- Proven experience estimating, scheduling and delivering medium - high complex capital projects
- Demonstrated understanding of project and program management principles, including various delivery models, and
contracting strategies. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is considered an asset
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, facilitate collaboration, and build productive
relationships with diverse stakeholders, while adapting seamlessly to different audiences
- Demonstrated strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with well-developed forecasting
and reporting skills, and a proven execution mindset with consistent follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, assess, monitor, and proactively address risks. Investigates and analyses challenging
problems, evaluates risks, and applies innovative solutions.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills with ability to resolve conflicts in a proactive manner.
- Strong track record of working closely with design consultants and construction teams to resolve issues and maintain
project alignment.
- Consistently applied advanced technical knowledge while maintaining strong awareness of evolving field trends, enabling
informed decision-making and effective problem-solving
