Overview
We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Breakfast & Brunch Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service during busy morning and midday hours, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation standards and restaurant policies
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong background in hospitality and guest services
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change confidently
