Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll/HR Generalist to join our team and drive excellence in human resources operations. In this role, you will manage payroll processing, employee data administration, and HR functions to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Your proactive approach will support our organizational growth by maintaining accurate records, facilitating HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant workplace where your skills in HRIS systems, payroll management, and employee relations will make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and efficiently using systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or UltiPro, ensuring timely payments and compliance with legal standards.
Manage employee data entry, updates, and recordkeeping within HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft.
ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred
Administer benefits programs, including enrollment and changes, while supporting employee inquiries related to payroll and HR policies.
Coordinate recruitment activities through ATS platforms such as Lever or iCIMS, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, providing guidance on HR policies and fostering a positive work environment.
Assist in project management initiatives related to HR system upgrades or process improvements involving Change Management strategies.
Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws by preparing reports and conducting audits as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives such as training & development programs and performance management processes.
Collect and analyze data related to HR metrics to support strategic decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with HRIS systems such as ADP Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, Kronos, or UltiPro is essential.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing procedures combined with familiarity in ADP or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels and providing clear guidance on HR policies.
Experience in human resources management functions including recruiting, employee relations, and talent sourcing using platforms like Lever or iCIMS.
Familiarity with change management principles to support system implementations or process improvements.
Administrative experience involving data collection, reporting, and maintaining accurate records within HRIS or ATS platforms.
Knowledge of legal compliance requirements related to employment law and payroll processing across different jurisdictions.
