Now Hiring: Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) & Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs)

Location: Vancouver Island – Victoria, Duncan, Nanaimo, Courtenay, Qualicum Beach, Campbell River, and Tofino/Ucluelet.
Pay: $21.00 – $29.00/hr + Travel Pay + Benefits
Positions Available: 4
Start Date: Immediate

Domcor Traffic Control (a division of CVI Group) is a leader in safety, traffic control, and security services throughout British Columbia. As we expand operations across Vancouver Island, we’re seeking dependable and safety-focused Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) and Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs) to join our growing team.

TCPs: $21.00 – $25.00/hr
LCTs: $26.00 – $29.00/hr

Your Responsibilities

Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic
Set up and take down traffic control equipment
Ensure safety of work crews and the public
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

What We're Looking For

Valid BC TCP Certificate (experience preferred)
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Physically fit and able to work 8–12 hour shifts
Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional demeanor

Shifts

20–40 hours per week
Day shifts, evenings, and weekends available
