Full job description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of gardening techniques and the ability to operate both hand and power tools.

Duties:

- Experience driving a truck and trailer

- Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching

- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning shears

- Utilize power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers

- Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering schedules are followed

- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases

- Assist in the design and implementation of new landscaping projects

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening equipment and supplies

Requirements:

- Proven experience in garden maintenance or related field (preferred, not required)

- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements (preferered, not required)

- Proficiency in operating hand tools and power equipment (preferred, not required)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (required)

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and kneeling for extended periods of time (required)

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently (required)

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team (required)

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
