Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) administrateur(trice) réseau TI motivé(e) pour soutenir la croissance continue de notre entreprise.

Description du poste :

En tant qu’administrateur(trice) réseau TI, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion, la sécurité et l’optimisation de nos infrastructures informatiques. Vous serez responsable du bon fonctionnement de nos réseaux, serveurs, systèmes et équipements tout en assurant un excellent soutien aux usagers.

Responsabilités principales :

Effectuer la gestion des serveurs internes et les backups, migrer vers des nouveaux serveurs aux besoins ;
Assurer l’installation et le bon fonctionnement des ordinateurs des employés ainsi que des courriels, imprimantes et dossiers partagés ;
Améliorer les pratiques de sécurité et la gestion du parc informatique ;
Effectuer les achats de matériels ainsi que l'inventaire ;
Gérer le parc de téléphonie mobile avec des solutions de gestion ;
Support : fournir de l’aide pour le fonctionnement des logiciels internes ainsi qu’aux clients du site en ligne ;
Effectuer la gestion et la configuration des serveurs Windows internes ;
Démarrer et configurer de nouveaux serveurs ;
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de "backups" et leur vérification périodique ;
Capacité d’analyse et de résolution des problèmes.

Profil recherché :

Détenir un AEC ou un DEC en informatique, ou toute autre formation pertinente ;
Posséder entre 2 et 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire en administration réseau ou soutien TI ;
Bonne maîtrise de Windows Server, Active Directory, et Office 365 ;
La connaissance des plateformes Acomba est un atout important ;
Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques ;
Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités ;
Mobilité requise pour intervenir ponctuellement dans nos différentes succursales au Québec (frais de déplacement couverts).

For over 50 years, Groupe La Québécoise has been a leader in the Quebec transportation industry, offering school, paratransit, urban and intercity transportation services in several regions. We are looking for a motivated IT Network Administrator to support the continued growth of our company.

Job description:

As an IT Network Administrator, you will play an essential role in the management, security and optimization of our IT infrastructures. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of our networks, servers, systems and equipment, while ensuring excellent user support.

Main responsibilities:

Manage internal servers and backups, migrate to new servers as required;
Ensure proper installation and operation of employee computers, e-mail, printers and shared folders;
Improve security practices and IT asset management;
Carry out hardware purchases and inventory;
Manage the cell phone fleet with management solutions;
Support: provide help with the operation of in-house software as well as to customers of the online site;
Manage and configure internal Windows servers;
Start up and configure new servers;
Ensures that back-up systems function properly and are checked periodically;
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Profile required:

AEC or DEC in computer science, or other relevant training;
2-3 years' experience in a similar position in network administration or IT support;
Good command of Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365;
Knowledge of Acomba platforms is a strong asset;
Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills;
Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
Mobility required for occasional visits to our various branches in Quebec (travel expenses covered);
