We are HEYTEA, the originator of new style tea.
In 2012, we created the first cup of Cheese Tea by the river in Jiangmen, China, pioneering the use of real ingredients such as real milk, real fruit, real tea, and real natural cane sugar. This marked the beginning of the era of “New-Style Tea” drinks.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Each member will build expertise in tea, slushies, customer service, and the creation of seasonal beverages. The role is fast-paced and requires the ability to create a consistent and friendly experience for our customers while maintaining a highly organized and clean work environment.

Tea Barista

Job Responsibilities

Barista Responsibilities:

Master various tea-making processes
Ensure the taste and quality of beverages meet company standards
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of tea-making equipment
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and consistency in production
Prepare and handle tea ingredients
Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
Assist baristas in the preparation of beverages
Greet customers, handle orders, and answer inquiries
Maintain a positive service attitude and professional appearance
Manage cash register operations, ensuring accurate accounting
Assist with other daily store operations

Job Requirements

Barista Requirements:

Prior experience in tea making preferred
Strong team collaboration skills
Responsible and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
