Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing high-quality meal preparation, food handling, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and experience in a restaurant or food industry setting. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment committed to food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist with meal preparation and food assembly for both dine-in and take-out orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines
Serve customers efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience
Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant service is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
