Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and compassionate Customer Service Executive to join our healthcare operations team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients, providing exceptional customer support, appointment coordination, and issue resolution while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy
