Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cook to join our dynamic food service team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals that delight our guests and uphold our commitment to food safety and excellence. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and serving will help create a welcoming atmosphere where every customer feels valued. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Follow established recipes, food presentation standards, and portion control guidelines
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, maintaining excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Support meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality

Experience

Previous food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
Hands-on experience with food preparation and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a kitchen environment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting will be considered an asset
