We're a fast-growing international trading company in the forest products industry, moving lumber, panels, and wood products across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, and Europe. We don't just push freight from A to B — we optimize supply chains, squeeze out cost, and keep goods crossing borders without friction.

We run a flat structure. No bureaucracy, no waiting three layers deep for a decision. If you spot a better way to do something, you say it, and we run with it. That means the person in this seat has real ownership from day one.

We're looking for someone early in their career but already hungry — sharp, energetic, and quick to adapt — who wants to turn logistics into a competitive edge.

What you'll actually do

You'll be the person keeping our ground transportation and inventory moving across North America. Concretely:

Move the freight

Coordinate rail and truck shipments across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
Negotiate freight rates, routes, and carrier agreements — and find the cheaper, faster way every time.
Track cross-border shipments and keep them compliant with customs and trade regulations.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers to hit delivery windows and protect margin.

Own the inventory

Keep stock visible and optimized across multiple storage locations in North America.
Build and improve inventory tracking systems — and kill the manual busywork wherever you can.
Run audits and reports that catch discrepancies before they become problems.
Sync with sales and procurement so the right product is in the right place when a client needs it.

Make it better

Turn data into cost analysis and efficiency reports leadership can act on.
Spot bottlenecks and propose fixes — we'd rather you bring ideas than wait for permission.
Help us keep operations compliant with regulatory and environmental standards.

Is fluent in English and Spanish. (Required — this is the language of our cross-border operations.)
