What you’ll be doing… In this role, you will be working on-site at our Calgary office to virtually guide clients through their financial journeys, providing expert advice and creating tailored strategies to help them achieve their financial goals. As an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, our focus is to provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by:

Conducting virtual consultations with clients to develop personalized financial plans
Proactively identify new opportunities for clients to optimize their financial well-being
Educating our customers by providing relevant insights and expert advice
Building our customer’s comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals
Nurturing strong, long-standing client relationships
Developing, retaining and growing the business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

What you need to succeed…

The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellence customer service
The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
In-depth understanding of retail banking products and services, including credit products, mortgages, and personal loans.
Strong knowledge of mutual funds, including fund types, performance evaluation, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards.
