Now Hiring: Part Time Server – Ramen Arashi Langford

We’re building a high-performance front-of-house team and are looking for experienced Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Location
Ramen Arashi Langford
Unit 109, 1331 Westhills Drive
Victoria, BC V9B 0S2

Shifts & Employment Type
Lunch: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dinner: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Part-time or full-time (depending on performancy)

Who We’re Looking For

This isn’t your typical restaurant gig. We move fast, work hard, and expect a lot from each other. If you’re passionate about great service, Japanese food culture, and being part of a truly cohesive team, we want to hear from you.

Must-Have Qualities

1 year experience in a busy, full-service restaurant
Strong sense of urgency — we don’t wait for guests to wave us over
Confident handling both table service and phone orders
Comfortable rushing during peak hours and staying calm under pressure
Natural team player – always ready to jump in and support others
Strong work ethic – the day doesn’t end until the job is done
Efficiency-minded – always looking for ways to do things better (without cutting corners)
Outgoing and positive personality – our energy sets the tone
Genuine interest in Japanese culture and service standards

Note: If you're looking for a laid-back job where you can coast — this isn’t it. Expect to go home tired, proud, and part of something real.

Pay & Perks

Hourly wage: Minimum wage plus tips (typically $25–$30/hr)
