URGENT CALGARY BARBERS ONLY
Mr L.k Barbershop is seeking talented and dedicated barbers to join our vibrant team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional grooming services in a welcoming environment. As a barber at our shop, you will have the opportunity to showcase your hair styling skills, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to a positive client experience. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about grooming and looking to grow their career in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Perform professional haircuts, trims, and styling services tailored to client preferences
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized grooming advice
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and shop revenue
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews
Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques through ongoing education

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Expertise in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client experience
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
