Who we are looking for:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a hands-on role in supporting day-to-day people operations while partnering with managers to improve team performance, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance practical execution with business insight, ensuring that people processes are simple, effective, and aligned to operational needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Management

Build strong, credible relationships with managers and frontline leaders.
Act as the first point of contact for all people-related matters.
Provide practical, timely advice on employee issues, performance, and team challenges.
Support managers in making confident, fair, and business-aligned decisions.

2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
Directly manage and/or partner with Talent Acquisition on end-to-end recruitment for assigned department roles.
Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process with strong candidate experience.
Support workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.

3. Performance Management

Drive performance processes including probation, quarterly, and annual reviews through use of internal system and for assigned departments.
Ensure performance conversations are timely, clear, and outcome-focused.
Support managers in addressing underperformance with structured guidance.
Reinforce accountability and ownership at all levels.

4. Employee Engagement & Experience

Actively engage with employees to understand challenges and opportunities on the ground.
Support and implement engagement surveys, team building initiatives that improve morale and retention.
Ensure frontline feedback is captured and shared with leadership.
Promote a culture of recognition and continuous improvement.

5. Employee Relations

Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
Provide coaching to managers on handling sensitive situations.

6. HR Operations & Process Excellence

Support the delivery of core HR processes and policies.
Work closely with HR operations to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes.
Leverage HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications:

5–8 years of HR experience, with exposure to business partnering or advisory roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments.
Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work hands-on.
