Job Overview
The Warehouse & Inventory Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for PCFP’s warehouse, yard, and inventory functions. This role is accountable for safety performance, inventory accuracy, team leadership, and the effective execution of daily warehouse and yard operations.
The Manager plays a key leadership role in driving operational discipline, KPI performance, and continuous improvement, while supporting PCFP’s broader operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Oversight
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to warehouse and yard personnel
- Set daily priorities and ensure operational plans are executed effectively
- Support training, coaching, and performance management activities
- Build and sustain a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping activities
- Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment
- Coordinate internal transfers and external warehouse movements
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environments
Yard Management and Material Flow
- Oversee the organization and utilization of yard space to support safe, efficient storage and movement of materials
- Coordinate placement, rotation, and staging of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Ensure yard inventory locations are clearly identified, maintained, and aligned with system records
- Monitor yard conditions to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards
- Identify congestion, inefficiencies, or risks within the yard and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams to support uninterrupted material flow
Inventory Control and Systems Ownership
- Oversee cycle count and physical inventory programs
- Ensure inventory discrepancies are investigated, resolved, and corrective actions are implemented
- Maintain high inventory accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Ensure inventory processes support traceability, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
Safety, Quality, and Compliance
- Champion PCFP’s Goal Zero safety culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety programs, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Address safety, quality, and compliance issues promptly and effectively
Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor, analyze, and report on warehouse and inventory KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using data-driven analysis
- Implement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, space utilization, and material flow
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams
- Align warehouse and yard execution with production schedules and business priorities
- Act as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse and inventory leadership
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, yard management, and inventory control
- Direct experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Comfortable balancing hands-on operational involvement with leadership responsibilities
Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
