What You'll Do
As a Production Worker II, you will help manufacture premium windows and doors while maintaining Westeck's high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and components for production using work orders and specifications
- Assemble windows and doors that meet quality and productivity standards
- Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and effectively
- Measure, inspect, and verify components throughout the production process
- Identify and resolve minor production issues while minimizing waste
- Rotate between workstations and support multiple production areas as required
- Perform quality inspections before products move to the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Contribute ideas that improve quality, safety, and efficiency
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Comfortable using basic measuring tools (ruler, tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, while contributing to a positive team environment
Assets
- Experience working in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, warehousing, or another hands-on environment
- Previous experience operating production equipment
- Experience reading production drawings or specifications
- Forklift certification
- First aid certification

Physical Requirements
This is a physically active manufacturing role that requires:
- Ability to be standing and actively moving for the duration of your shift
- Frequent walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting throughout your shift
- The ability to lift up to 75 lbs (34 kg) regularly
- Regular use of fine motor hand functions
- Working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
