Nail Technician Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nail care and customer service, ensuring that each client receives exceptional treatment and leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Duties

Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and gel nail enhancements.
Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized services.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the salon.

Experience

Previous experience as a Nail Technician or Esthetician for at least 5 years or more.
Must be licensed or certification.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
Knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
