Full job description

Clear Conscious Cleaning is a small cleaning business seeking a dedicated, professional and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team.

Our goal is to extend our arms out to people that are struggling to keep afloat. We are a judgement free business. We cater to the harder side of cleaning so there may be a chance of needing a strong stomach if I am is unavailable to do the clean. I try to avoid that as much as possible.

We see people in the hardest parts of their lives so no ounce of unprofessionalism will be tolerated.

The person who is selected for this role promises to provide exceptional cleaning and organizational services to homes, ensuring a clean, and welcoming environment for our clients.

Requirements:

-Possess excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

-Fluency in English required.

-Prior experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, client care or related fields is mandatory.

-Owns a vehicle for transportation to and from homes. No busing. Must be trusted to arrive on scheduled time (traffic excluded)

-A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service

Duties

-Work independently with minimal supervision as well as work professionally when clients are home

-Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors

-Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens

-Use appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques

-Organize and declutter spaces to enhance overall home appearance

-Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments

-Communicate professionally with clients and employer to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements

-Promptly informing employer about any dissatisfaction, incidents or concerns.
