About Us

We are a highly motivated construction company based in the Fraser Valley, specializing in custom homes, large renovations, additions, and commercial tenant improvements.

We’re growing and looking to bring on someone who can contribute on site today, while taking on more responsibility as they prove themselves.

The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Hand who is confident on the tools and capable of taking ownership of day-to-day site tasks.

This role sits between carpenter and site supervisor—you’ll be expected to work alongside the team while helping keep things organized, moving, and up to standard.

For the right person, this position can evolve into a Site Supervisor role over time.

What We’re Looking For

You are someone who:

Has solid, real-world construction experience across multiple stages
Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative on site
Has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
Understands that client experience and presentation matter
Can problem-solve and anticipate issues before they escalate
Is reliable, grounded, and honest about your skillset
Is interested in growing into a leadership role

Responsibilities

Backframing, blocking, and general carpentry
Completing smaller scopes independently with minimal supervision
Light finish carpentry and detailing
Helping coordinate daily site activities and keep work progressing
Picking up and organizing materials as needed
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Supporting communication between the site and project management
Keeping an eye on quality and ensuring work meets our high standards

Qualifications

3–5+ years of residential construction experience
Experience across multiple phases (framing, renovations, finishing, etc.)
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and best practices
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Physically capable of working on active job sites

Assets (not required):

Carpentry apprenticeship or certification
Experience leading small scopes or coordinating others on site
Interest in moving into a Site Supervisor role
