Full job description

Bridgeview Dental is looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Administrator to join our team! You don’t need to have years and years of experience—we’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and some dental administration experience who is excited to learn, contribute, and become an important part of the practice.

If you love connecting with patients, keeping a busy day organized, and working alongside a team that supports one another, we’d love to meet you.

The Opportunity

Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays
Compensation: $26–$30 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play an important role in keeping our front desk running smoothly and creating a great experience for our patients. Your day may include:

Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for
Managing appointment scheduling and helping maintain a productive daily schedule
Answering phones and communicating with patients in a friendly, professional way
Supporting dental insurance submissions, predeterminations, and pre-authorizations
Keeping patient information organized and up to date
Working with Dentrix practice management software
Collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly
Assisting with accounts receivable and other administrative responsibilities as needed

About You

You’re organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy environment. You enjoy talking with people, aren’t afraid to jump in and help, and take pride in creating a positive patient experience.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Previous dental administration experience — you don’t need to be a seasoned expert!
Experience with Dentrix is a strong asset
Familiarity with dental scheduling and patient coordination
Some knowledge of dental insurance processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Great organization and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A team-first mindset and the ability to stay calm when things get busy
