We are a family-owned poultry farm looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Poultry Farm Worker to join our friendly team.
Our farm is a modern, clean, and well-maintained facility with a positive and respectful work environment. The position includes a variety of rotating duties, so the work is hands-on and changes throughout the day rather than being limited to one repetitive task.
Responsibilities
- Feeding and watering poultry
- Monitoring birds and general barn conditions
- Cleaning and maintaining barn and work areas
- Egg handling, sorting, and packing
- Operating basic farm and packing equipment
- Following farm biosecurity and cleanliness procedures
- Assisting with other day-to-day farm duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous poultry farm experience is required
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with hands-on and physically active work
- Willing to learn and rotate between different areas of the farm
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the farm is required
- Flexible availability, including some weekends
Schedule
Our farm operates 7 days a week, and scheduling is flexible based on production needs and employee availability. There are opportunities for consistent hours and additional hours when needed.
Pay
Starting at $18.25/hour, with opportunities for wage increases based on performance, reliability, experience, and growth within the position.
