Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.
Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our database.
Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure efficient access to information.
Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative functions.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional at all times.
Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

Previous office experience is preferred, with a strong focus on administrative duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation.
Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
