Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Office Building Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are hygienic, safe, and presentable, contributing to a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
Disinfect and sanitize surfaces to meet health and safety standards
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies are low
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of work
Adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic maintenance tasks is a plus
Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Good time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
