Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful hairstyles, providing personalized consultations, and ensuring clients have an outstanding salon experience. This position offers opportunities for leadership, skill development, and contributing to a welcoming salon environment.

Duties

Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional recommendations.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety.
Engage in upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently.
Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing hair health.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive working environment.

Experience

Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques.
Demonstrated expertise in hair coloring, cutting, styling, and chemical treatments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices within a salon setting.
