After successful training you will be retaining the title of Customer Care Consultant who will be well versed on prescribed sector, regulatory principles and offering superior service to Municipal Citizens. .

What we offer:

Minimum of five (5) shifts per week (Monday through to Friday) Saturdays 9-3pm.
Offering guaranteed base of $17.75 per hour
Bilingual Premium ( English & French)
Operating Hours :8-8pm (conventional shift from 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7, 12-8)
Alternative weekends (9-3pm)
Ability to make an extra $0.50 after each year up to 5 years until $2.50 is reached on top of your base.
$300 annual small benefit health plan after 90 days of employment

High School or College Diploma

Location & Operating Hours

Conveniently located in the Whitby, spacious, bright open concept. The DRT is a 2 minute walk, located just outside our office building.

Monday to Friday between 8 am – 8pm & Saturdays 9-3pm
