Full job description

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Italian restaurant, where we aim to deliver exceptional dining experiences through high-quality cuisine and outstanding service. We are seeking a talented and passionate Pasta chef and Grill chef to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare pasta dough, cooking and plate pasta.
Prepare and cook grill dishes.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely meal service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pasta chef or Grill chef in a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations related to food handling.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
