Full job description

The Opportunity

You Will

Execute customer communication campaigns across EDM, SMS, and App Push based on approved campaign briefs, audience criteria, and schedules.
Configure basic campaign components in marketing automation platforms, including audience selection, scheduling, triggers, journey steps, and tracking.
Upload, schedule, update, and maintain digital marketing content and promotional assets across relevant platforms, including banners, campaign images, offers, links, and other customer-facing materials.
Conduct pre- and post-launch QA checks to ensure campaign content, links, targeting, timing, tracking, and digital placements are accurate and displayed correctly.
Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, CRM/CDP, and other teams to collect campaign materials and confirm execution requirements.
Maintain campaign calendars, asset records, execution checklists, naming conventions, and other operational documentation.
Monitor campaign delivery and basic performance metrics, including open rate, CTR, conversion, and delivery status, and assist with regular reporting.
Identify execution issues such as broken links, incorrect content, expired promotions, or delivery failures, and escalate when needed.

You Should Have / Be

1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, email marketing, or a related field; internship or co-op experience may be considered.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, CMS, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Basic understanding of EDM, SMS, App Push, digital promotions, and online marketing content.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage campaign content, links, schedules, and system configurations.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routine tasks and deadlines.
Basic proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.

This is an active job posting for a currently vacant position. We are recruiting to fill this role as part of our ongoing operational needs.
