Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of technical recruitment experience to join our growing recruitment agency.

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role. You will work closely with our client-facing team to source, engage, screen, and present qualified technical candidates for active client requirements.

This role does not involve business development or acquiring new clients. Your primary focus will be candidate sourcing, screening, engagement, and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit for a variety of technical positions, including Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA professionals, Cloud Engineers, and other IT roles.
Review resumes and conduct candidate screening calls.
Evaluate technical experience, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical candidates.
Present qualified candidates to the recruitment/client-facing team for submission.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate information and activity within the ATS.
Manage multiple technical job requirements and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs, including sourcing activity, submissions, interviews, and placements.
Stay current with technology trends, in-demand skills, and the IT talent market.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of technical/IT recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
Proven experience sourcing technical candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and ATS databases.
Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions and assess candidate qualifications.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organization and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to work toward recruitment targets and KPIs.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
