We’re looking for a motivated, skilled Barber who wants more than just a chair — someone who is ready to build their personal brand, market themselves, grow their clientele, and be an active part of our barbershop community.
The ideal candidate is confident behind the chair, passionate about their craft, and understands that success in barbering comes from both great service and strong self-promotion.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable putting themselves out there, creating content, connecting with new clients, promoting their work on social media, and taking ownership of growing their book.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that encourages repeat visits, referrals, and long-term relationships
- Actively market and promote yourself to attract new clients and grow your personal clientele
- Build and maintain a strong personal presence on social media through photos, videos, reels, and other content showcasing your work
- Promote your availability, services, and work to potential clients both online and within the local community
- Encourage client referrals and develop relationships that help grow your book
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired look
- Recommend appropriate services, products, and grooming routines based on client needs
- Upsell additional services and retail products when appropriate
- Keep your workstation, tools, and surrounding areas clean, sanitized, and organized
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed, including appointments and payments
- Work collaboratively with other barbers while maintaining your own professional identity and clientele

- Proven experience as a Barber with strong technical skills
- Passion for barbering, grooming, and delivering quality results
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to actively market yourself
- Comfortable creating and posting social media content
- Motivated to build a personal brand and grow a loyal clientele
- Professional, dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to create a positive experience that keeps clients coming back
- Willingness to learn, improve, and stay current with barbering trends and techniques
- Retail and sales experience is an asset
