The Role:

We’re looking for a driven, people-first Store Manager to take the reins at our Kingsway Garden, Edmonton store. This is your chance to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and make a real impact in our customers' lives.

Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What we’re looking for

Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
High energy and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team.
Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
