Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Esthetician, Nail and Pedicure Specialist, where your passion for beauty and wellness will shine! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional skincare, nail care, and body treatments that leave clients feeling pampered, confident, and radiant. Your expertise in esthetics combined with your friendly, professional approach will create memorable guest experiences that foster loyalty and elevate our brand. Duties

Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs
Perform professional manicures and pedicures, ensuring high standards of nail care and sanitation are maintained at all times
Deliver exceptional guest services by actively listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations for skincare and retail products
Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations and salon standards
Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, processing retail sales, product demos, and upselling treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and new treatments through effective communication and demonstration.

Experience

Previous experience as an esthetician or nail technician is required.
We value enthusiasm for learning new skills and a passion for beauty services
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards, body waxing techniques, hair styling basics, eyelash extension application, makeup artistry, and retail sales strategies
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with guest services or hospitality settings is a plus; a friendly demeanor and positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
