JT Equipment is growing its Lethbridge presence and is looking for a practical, energetic, customer-minded person to help support and develop the Lethbridge and Southern Alberta territory. This is a hands-on role with real market-development upside. The right person will be comfortable supporting branch operations one moment and walking into a customer yard, farm shop, contractor office, or feedlot the next.
Position Overview
The Lethbridge Territory Support Representative is a hybrid parts, service, and sales-development support role. The position supports the Lethbridge Resident Technician / Service Lead, helps manage local parts workflow, assists with shop and yard operations, and develops new opportunities across the Southern Alberta market.
This role is not designed to sit still. When there is customer-facing work to do, the expectation is to be in the market building relationships, identifying equipment needs, finding parts and service opportunities, and strengthening awareness of JT Equipment. When there is no customer obligation, the expectation is to be in the Lethbridge shop supporting workflow, parts coordination, R.O. support, job staging, organization, and assisting resident technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lethbridge Resident Technician / Service Lead with job staging, workflow support, R.O. information, customer follow-up, shop organization, pickups, deliveries, and practical day-to-day branch needs.

- Find and feed qualified opportunities to the right internal team, including equipment leads, attachment opportunities, parts demand, service needs, PM prospects, customer concerns, trade-in observations, and market intelligence.
- Recognize customers who would benefit from scheduled PM, operator checklists, equipment tracking, and clearer service planning, then pass PM opportunities to the PM Manager or appropriate service leader.
- Support shop and yard organization, loading and unloading, parts runs, customer drop-offs and pickups, and other practical work required to remove friction from the local operation.
- Maintain useful notes on customer equipment, pain points, buying signals, upcoming work, open opportunities, parts trends, PM prospects, and service growth needs.
- Prepare and execute a simple weekly customer touch-point plan with the Resident Technician / Service Lead and functional leaders as required.
- Close communication loops and follow up before customers or internal teams need to chase.
