Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Floorhands to join our team. The Floorhand plays a crucial role in supporting drilling operations, following safety protocols and helping to build efficiencies on the rig. This position requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- General maintenance and upkeep of drilling rig
- Assist in cleaning and housekeeping of drilling rig
- Work on the drill floor to assist in drilling operations
- Set an example to fellow employees by adhering to all safe work practices and policies and train new crew members to do the same
- Ensure proper usage of safety equipment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals efficiently.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work safely and plan ahead
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights as required.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques related to drilling operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Experience:
