We are hiring for a Full-Time Merchandising and Floral Manager with a wage range of $45,000 - $60,000 at our location in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee the Merchandising and Floral Department’s growth in sales and profitability
Creating, executing, and dismantling store promotion and seasonal displays
Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
Schedule Merchandising and Floral Team Members to ensure that customer and department needs are met
Collaboration with other departments to plan meaningful and functional displays
Train, develop, and motivate Team Members to achieve operational standards
Daily product availability to achieve the “Full and Fresh” company standard
Provide an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

2 years minimum of progressive merchandising experience
A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environment
A passion and knowledge of flowers, vegetables, and other types of plants
Creative, innovative, and design-oriented mindset
Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional communication, active-listening, and interpersonal skills
Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable working during peak retail hours (i.e. daytime, weekends, and holidays)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
