HR, Administration & Accounts Associate (Full-Time | Calgary NE, AB)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Associate to join a dynamic team in Calgary NE. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both HR, Accounts functions and executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Administer employee benefits programs
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Support employee relations and provide HR guidance
Maintain HRIS systems (ADP Workforce preferred)
Processing of payroll on bi-weekly basis and ensure accuracy
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Ensure company employment practices comply with the Alberta Employment Standards Code and applicable federal legislation.
Maintain HR framework — including job descriptions, grading, policies, and the employee handbook

Accounts Associate:

· Process and enter AP invoices into ERP (both PO and non-PO transactions).

· Reconcile corporate Visa statements, maintain vendor accounts and payment details.

· Prepare month-end accrual entries and balance sheet schedules

· Run AP ageing reports, coordinate with the Warehouse team on purchase orders and inventory-related AP entries

· Support the Finance department with ad hoc finance and administration tasks as required

Executive Support:

Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for a senior executive
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
Compile and analyze data for leadership
Support internal communications and special projects

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of HR or related experience
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS is a requirement
Strong Microsoft Office skills (accounting knowledge is a plus)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
