● Facilitating a supportive, nurturing, and client-focused atmosphere

Qualifications and Experience

At STRONG, Instructors are the lifeblood of our business. The success of a studio depends on having an exceptional team of instructors who bring energy, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. While we value diversity in skills and backgrounds, all STRONG instructors are expected to meet the following qualifications:

● Minimum Pilates/Dance/General Group Fitness Certification (higher qualifications are desirable)

Insurance (if working as a subcontractor)

● Must hold a current CPR and AED certification and basic first-aid training ● Minimum of 6 months experience facilitating Group Fitness

● Successfully Complete Strong Academy and performance auditions

Exceptional customer service skills, friendly approachable personality

STRONG Academy

Our Strong Instructors participate in a 7-day training program, community classes, and assessments, in order to master the STRONG Pilates Method. During the Academy, you'll learn about STRONG cueing, how to coach Rowing, Riding, Pilates, and Strength & Conditioning. Use of STRONG tech including microphones, lights, TV, and clicker. STRONG brand awareness and more.

The Academy requires 1-2 hours of online work, plus 7 days of in-studio training.

Attendance for all 7 days is required in order to successfully complete the training.
