Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Floorhands to join our team. The Floorhand plays a crucial role in supporting drilling operations, following safety protocols and helping to build efficiencies on the rig. This position requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

General maintenance and upkeep of drilling rig
Assist in cleaning and housekeeping of drilling rig
Work on the drill floor to assist in drilling operations
Set an example to fellow employees by adhering to all safe work practices and policies and train new crew members to do the same
Ensure proper usage of safety equipment
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals efficiently.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude
Ability to work safely and plan ahead
Ability to work in a team setting
Good organizational and communication skills
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights as required.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques related to drilling operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $39.60 per hour
