What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans
Perform patient assessments and monitor conditions

Preferred Clinical Skills

Medication administration and IV therapy
G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care
Wound care
Pediatric and adult home care experience
Familiarity with home medical equipment

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN license or eligibility for U.S. licensure
Experience in home care, PDN, or acute care preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a home care setting
