Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Oilfield Medic to join our team in Canada. Based in the oil and gas industry, this role is vital for providing medical support and ensuring safety on-site, aligning with our mission to protect workers and promote health.
Responsibilities

Provide emergency medical care and patient assessment on oilfield sites.
Support safety protocols by maintaining readiness for medical emergencies.
Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with health standards.
Administer medications as prescribed and document medical interventions.
Assist with patient transportation and liaise with emergency services when necessary.
Maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
Uphold safety standards related to H2s and other hazardous environments.
Contribute to training sessions on first aid and emergency response.
Qualifications
Valid certification as a medic or paramedic.
Proven hospital or emergency response experience.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of safety procedures specific to the oilfield environment is preferred.
