Warehouse Operator (Picking, Packing & Inventory)
Full Time

Location: Bradford, ON, On-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (may extend up to 6:00 p.m. during peak periods) working up to 40-44 hours per week

Summary of Role:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations including picking and packing orders, inventory counts, and general material handling. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining strong attention to detail and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner
Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
Operate forklifts or counterbalance equipment (as required and certified)
Receive, organize, and store incoming products
Maintain accuracy in order processing and product handling
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Experience in picking and packing required
Valid forklift or counterbalance certification (asset or required depending on role)
Strong attention to detail, especially for inventory counting and order accuracy
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties
Strong communication skills in English
Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
Comfortable working 40–44 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
