We have an opportunity for a full-time Service Coordinator in our Alliston location, working closely with the Service Manager, Service and Parts teams, and customers.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Service Department, supporting technicians and customers to keep work orders and scheduling running smoothly.
This role coordinates customer, internal, and warranty work orders, dispatches service technicians, and makes operational decisions in the Service Manager's absence. The Service Coordinator also maintains the service appointment schedule to support timely planning of new service requests.
Requirements:

- Coordinates work orders for customers, internal requests, and warranty service
- Dispatches service technicians and makes operational decisions in the Service Manager's absence
- Maintains the service appointment schedule to support timely planning of new service requests
- Opens work orders as required and closes all work orders after review by the Service Manager
- Assists the Service Manager with service dispatching
- Assists with technicians' time cards for payroll, including entries and discrepancies
- Participates in the Saturday morning rotation
- Liaises with Service Technicians, Sales Staff, other Service Coordinators, and external customers/suppliers
- Keeps work station clean and tidy, adhering to Health & Safety procedures and policy
Education, Knowledge & Skills:
- Intellidealer experience an asset
- Familiarity with vendor systems an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Continuous improvement mindset
