Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
Must be available evenings and weekends.

Skills

Proficient in various hair styling techniques and treatments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
Experience in upselling services and retail products effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Background in retail sales is advantageous for promoting products.
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon environment.
