Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant/Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role involves maintaining our property/shop, organizing vehicles, car washing, transporting guests safely and efficiently between designated locations, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.

Duties

Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests between parking areas, dealership facilities, and other designated locations.
Provide exceptional guest services by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle at all times.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly.
Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and vehicle maintenance needs.
Maintaining lot/shop cleanup
Car washing for service customers

Requirements

Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Dealership experience or familiarity with guest services is preferred.
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve diverse clientele.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Strong customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to safety standards. This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and excellent service are valued. Pay: From $20.00 per hour
